VIP Reception will be from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. General registration will open up at 5:30pm. Dress Code includes Roaring 1920’s attire but is optional!

The Gala Experience

Join us for a day full of experiences whether you’ve signed up to be a VIP or general guest.

4:30 PM – 5:30 PM – VIP Arrival (70 Guests) –

VIP guests arrive through the back entrance and are directed to the Speakeasy
One included drink ticket per VIP guest
1920s-themed cocktails with upgraded appetizers
Daniel was asked to come into the speakeasy to share a brief history of the bank with VIP guests (timing TBD)
Jazz singer and entertainment in the Basement Speakeasy

5:30 PM- 6:00 PM – General Guest Arrival

General guests arrive through the back entrance
Cocktail Hour on the Mezzanine
Hosted Appetizers and Cash Bar

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

VIP guests join general guests on the Mezzanine
Experience Raffle booths set up on the Mezzanine

7:00 PM – Seated Dinner

Dinner served on the Main Floor
Menu to be selected by Daniel
Presentation and Speeches on stage
Live Auction – call to GIVE at end of auction (5 max live auction items)

8:30 PM

Guests return to the Mezzanine for dessert
Cash Bar
Plated Dessert station (Tiramisu)
Special Performances on the main floor, with guests watching from the mezzanine (standing, not seated)
Guests invited to join in on the Dance Floor downstairs

10:30 PM – 11:00 PM: Event Ends (final time TBD)
